I have Windows Vista...so I was not worried about CleanUp until I found that whenever I ran the Cleanup..then tried to get into my WORD documents, I had to reinstall the disk for WORD in order for it to retrieve any documents. So if I run CleanUp once a week...I also have to reinstall the WORD disk at the same time. Any ideas on how to resolve this? My brother-in-law uses CleanUp but doesn't have any problems with it interfering with WORD. We even downloaded the older version of Cleanup to see if that helped but NADA.
